Procurement Manager

About the role

The Procurement Manager coordinates category plans, drives process efficiency and implements sourcing strategies across Al Futtaim Group Business Units. The role oversees significant annual spend and relies on strong stakeholder partnerships, process improvement, efficient contract management and robust supplier relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate category plans, process efficiency, sourcing initiatives and tactics across business units
• Lead category sourcing, including RFI/RFP/RFQ execution, supplier communications, evaluation criteria, supplier selection and negotiation strategy
• Drive cross-functional negotiations, align stakeholders and apply supplier risk analysis
• Build and manage supplier relationships covering quality, cost, service levels, risk, sustainability and innovation
• Maintain accurate vendor records with pre-qualifications, lead times and development potential
• Manage contracts end-to-end, including drafting, negotiating and integrating terms, conditions, KPIs and SLAs
• Ensure continuous process improvement and generate and update management reports accurately and on time

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in engineering
• More than 7 years of progressive procurement experience, especially in facility management, fit-out works, MEP projects and service-related categories
• Any procurement or finance certification is an added value

• Experience with procurement platforms such as SAP Ariba, Oracle, Coupa and e-auction tools
