About the role
Tagaddod is looking for an experienced and proactive Administration Section Head to lead the administration team and ensure smooth office operations across the company.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee facilities management and maintenance of the headquarters and other assigned sites, ensuring utilities, equipment and infrastructure remain functional and compliant with health, safety and environmental standards.
- Ensure workplace and site readiness for existing and newly established offices, coordinating utilities, accessibility, security measures and furniture to guarantee operational readiness before occupancy.
- Manage the Office Boys team, cleaning services and security personnel, develop work schedules, allocate responsibilities and monitor performance to maintain high standards of hygiene and safety.
- Control office supplies and inventory, procure stationery, pantry items and business mobile lines, and maintain accurate records and periodic reports.
- Coordinate business travel arrangements—including flight bookings, hotel reservations, visa processing and transportation—while enforcing company travel policies.
- Handle vendor and contract management for facility service providers and maintenance contractors, evaluating performance and ensuring service quality.
Required profile
- Proactive and experienced professional with proven ability to lead an administration team.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills across multiple facilities and support functions.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to monitor budgets, compliance and cost‑saving opportunities.
