Administrative Assistant

About the role
We are seeking a full‑time Administrative Assistant to join our team in Heliopolis. You will support senior executives and ensure smooth daily office operations in a fast‑moving laser hair removal environment.
Key responsibilities
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files.
- Answer, screen, and redirect phone calls with professional etiquette.
- Schedule appointments and manage executive calendars.
- Prepare reports, documents, and presentations as needed.
- Provide clerical support, including data entry and record keeping.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Required profile
- Proven experience in administrative or executive support roles.
- Strong phone etiquette and excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and pay close attention to detail.
- Team‑oriented mindset with collaborative work style.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in administration preferred.
Required skills
- File organization and record‑keeping.
- Calendar management and appointment scheduling.
- Data entry and document preparation.
