Aftermarket Service Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an agile and dynamic profile to join our team as an Aftermarket Service Engineer. The role focuses on creating a positive experience and delivering solutions that enrich and facilitate our customers' operations in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Implement onsite and remote operation maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting of equipment, and run field tests.
• Execute inspection, commissioning, and start‑up field visits and service activities.
• Contribute to quality management of service contracts, handling non‑conformities and modification monitoring.
• Define root causes for claims and organize support information for customer reports.
• Manage site documentation throughout the service lifecycle.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in field maintenance, preferably in the water solutions industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Customer‑focused attitude with strong communication and organizational skills.
