Agriculture Manager

About the role

The Agriculture Manager will lead the design, planning and implementation of efficient agriculture systems across multiple properties, supporting landscaping, parks and agricultural areas. This senior position reports to senior management and works closely with engineering and procurement teams to ensure sustainable and high‑performing operations.

Key responsibilities

• Design, install and maintain agriculture infrastructure, focusing on optimal water distribution and conservation.
• Develop and execute water‑management strategies to reduce waste and promote sustainability.
• Supervise day‑to‑day agricultural activities including planting, harvesting, pest control and crop management.
• Oversee soil management, fertilization and crop rotation to maintain soil health.
• Ensure compliance with agricultural regulations and industry standards.
• Coordinate with engineering to integrate agriculture systems into site designs.
• Lead training and supervision of agriculture staff, enforcing safety protocols.
• Prepare performance reports on crop yields and system metrics.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in agriculture, irrigation engineering or a related field.
• 10‑12 years of agricultural management experience, with at least 10 years in a leadership role.
