AI & Automation Analyst

About the role

The AI & Automation Analyst will drive the design, development and deployment of artificial intelligence and robotic process automation solutions that improve business efficiency and enable data‑driven decision making. Working closely with stakeholders, you will translate business needs into scalable, automated capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate opportunities for AI and automation across processes and products.
• Design technical specifications and architecture for AI‑enabled workflows.
• Develop, test and validate machine‑learning models, AI algorithms and RPA scripts.
• Integrate AI and automation solutions with existing systems, digital platforms and enterprise applications.
• Monitor performance, maintain reliability and continuously improve deployed solutions.
• Collaborate with IT, business analysts and end‑users to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science or a related technical field.
• 3–4 years of hands‑on experience with AI, machine‑learning and automation tools.
• Professional certifications such as RPA Developer, AI/ML or PMP are preferred.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Python, R or Java.
• Strong data‑analysis capabilities for data preparation and cleaning.
• Experience building AI algorithms, machine‑learning models and automation scripts.
• Knowledge of RPA platforms and integration with enterprise systems.
• Understanding of operating systems, networking fundamentals and platform deployment.
