AI Developer

About the role

We are looking for an AI Developer to design and deliver AI‑driven solutions across our 29+ markets. Working in a SAFe Agile product team, you will collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to prototype and scale generative‑AI use cases that create new value streams.

Key responsibilities

• Dive into large, complex datasets to uncover patterns and business opportunities.
• Design, build and maintain reliable ETL pipelines supporting generative AI models.
• Apply statistical and machine‑learning techniques, including generative AI, to solve problems in areas such as segmentation, pricing, forecasting and automation.
• Develop pilot solutions, manage their lifecycle and transition successful proofs‑of‑concept into production.
• Communicate findings and insights clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams using SAFe/Agile delivery practices and Azure DevOps.
• Stay current with AI/ML advancements and share knowledge within the team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative or related field.
• 2–4 years of hands‑on experience in data science or AI development.
• Strong analytical mindset, problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Curiosity and eagerness to communicate daily with diverse stakeholders; participation in innovation days or hackathons is a plus.
