AI Facilitator / Instructor for Educators (Remote, MENA)

About the role

Manara is seeking experienced AI Facilitators/Instructors to support educators across the MENA region. You will deliver AI‑focused training, helping teachers move from curiosity to practical classroom integration as part of a multi‑year initiative.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging virtual and in‑person AI training sessions for educators.
• Adapt facilitation methods and examples to diverse learner profiles and classroom contexts.
• Guide participants through certification activities, including micro‑teaching and lesson‑design support.
• Collect learner feedback and use insights to continuously improve the program.
• Coordinate with curriculum developers to align AI content with local standards.
• Represent Manara professionally and energetically.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience facilitating training or learning experiences for adults, preferably educators.
• Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Based in Egypt, KSA, UAE, or Qatar.
• Familiarity with AI tools or a strong willingness to learn quickly.
• Passion for education, patience with learners, and belief in effective teaching.
