AI Technical Training Facilitator

About the role

We are seeking a technically skilled AI Training Facilitator to lead hands‑on workshops that enable professionals to design and deploy AI agents. The role involves quickly mastering, explaining, and demonstrating a range of AI frameworks and enterprise tools.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver interactive workshops covering AI agent frameworks such as Flowise, LangChain, and ReAct.
• Demonstrate integration of Microsoft ecosystem tools (Copilot, Power Automate, Azure OpenAI) into real‑world solutions.
• Adapt training content to various industries and address enterprise adoption challenges like governance and security.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, or software development.
• Proven experience building AI agents or workflows with frameworks like Flowise or LangChain.
• Strong communication skills for explaining technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
