About the role

Dsquares is seeking an AI Transformation Specialist to accelerate AI adoption across the organization. You will partner with multiple departments to uncover opportunities where AI can boost efficiency, automate routine tasks, and support data‑driven decision making.

Key responsibilities

• Identify business processes that can be optimized through AI solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate challenges into concrete AI use cases.
• Lead the implementation and rollout of AI‑powered tools and initiatives.
• Work with HR, Operations, IT, and business leaders to ensure seamless integration.
• Design and deliver AI awareness sessions, workshops, and user training.
• Support change management and drive user adoption throughout AI transformation projects.
• Monitor AI initiatives, measure impact, and recommend continuous improvements.
• Stay current with emerging AI technologies and industry best practices.
• Ensure AI solutions comply with company policies, governance, and ethical standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in digital transformation, process improvement, project management, business analysis, or AI‑related roles.
• Strong understanding of generative AI tools and their business applications.
• Proven ability to manage cross‑functional projects and drive organizational change.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to simplify technical concepts for non‑technical audiences.
• Strong stakeholder management and presentation capabilities.
