AI/ML Developer – Conversational AI & NLP (Level II)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Developer (Level II) to join our engineering team. You will work on cutting‑edge conversational AI solutions, building enterprise‑grade virtual assistants that leverage the latest NLP techniques.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain advanced conversational AI applications using the RASA framework.
• Build scalable chatbots and virtual assistants with clean Python code, custom actions, and backend integrations.
• Train, evaluate, and fine‑tune NLP models for intent recognition, entity extraction, and dialogue management.
• Deploy and operate AI services on Google Cloud Platform (GKE, Cloud Run, Vertex AI, Dialogflow, etc.).
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure reliable, high‑quality AI solutions.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, MLOps practices, and continuous model improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of professional AI/ML development experience.
• At least 2 years of hands‑on experience building production chatbots with RASA.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.

• NLP concepts: intent classification, entity recognition, context management.

• Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform.
• BigQuery for conversational analytics.
