Analytics Data Analyst – XMO (English Speaking)

About the role

Capgemini is seeking a passionate Analytics Data Analyst to join its Experience Management Office (XMO). You will work with digital employee experience data, turning insights into actionable recommendations that support XMO initiatives and Experience Level Agreements (XLAs).

Key responsibilities

• Analyze XMO data to uncover trends, insights, and improvement opportunities.
• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Support definition, measurement, and reporting of XLAs.
• Translate business and experience needs into analytical use cases.
• Collaborate with Experience Managers, DEM Tool SMEs, and XMO stakeholders to deliver insights.
• Identify patterns and root causes to drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and proper documentation of analytics outputs.
• Present findings clearly and concisely to business audiences.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems or related field (preferred).
• 5–7 years of experience in data analytics, preferably within Experience Management, Workplace, or IT environments.
• Proven ability to deliver data‑driven insights and support business decision‑making.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
