Apparel Quality Assurance Specialist (Part‑Time, Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced apparel quality professional to ensure that embroidered polo shirts meet our exact specifications. The role combines remote quality checks with periodic on‑site visits to our manufacturing, embroidery, and logistics partners.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect embroidered polo shirts to verify inventory, logos, and order accuracy.
• Photograph and measure each SKU using AI tools to confirm compliance with order requirements.
• Coordinate with manufacturers and embroidery firms to resolve any quality discrepancies.
• Spend 1–2 weeks per month on site at partner facilities, with the possibility of additional days or full‑time work.
• Provide transportation support via Uber when needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years experience in apparel manufacturing, embroidery, or retail quality control.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate on‑site visits.
• Strong customer‑service orientation for global client interaction.

Required skills

• Proficiency with spreadsheets.
• Experience using CRM tools (a plus).
• Familiarity with AI tools for image capture and measurement.
