Application Security Analyst (AI Training)

About the role

We partner with leading AI research labs to build smarter, safer AI systems. As an Application Security Analyst you will work with realistic security scenarios to help frontier AI models learn how to assess, prioritize, and reason about application risk.

Key responsibilities

• Review and analyze real‑world application security scenarios covering code, APIs, and system behavior.
• Classify vulnerabilities such as authentication flaws, injection risks, and business‑logic weaknesses.
• Evaluate secure coding practices and assess the quality of proposed remediation strategies.
• Create and validate security‑focused reasoning datasets that teach AI to accurately assess application risk.
• Distinguish genuine exploitability from theoretical risk and document reasoning clearly.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in application, product, or software security roles.
• Solid familiarity with the OWASP Top 10 and common production vulnerabilities.
• Ability to think like an attacker and identify truly exploitable issues.
• Strong written communication skills for clear security reasoning.
• Self‑motivated and comfortable working independently on task‑based assignments.
