About the role
The Application Support Coordinator ensures the reliability, performance, and continuous improvement of critical business applications used in metro line operations. The role combines technical administration, user support, and vendor coordination to keep systems aligned with operational needs.
Key responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, integrate and test applications according to technical and business requirements.
- Monitor application health, troubleshoot issues, and resolve high‑severity incidents to minimize downtime.
- Manage code migrations across environments to maintain system stability.
- Deliver user training, create documentation, and provide day‑to‑day support, escalating to vendors when needed.
- Liaise with software providers to ensure version compliance and technical standards.
- Execute database scripts, extract data, and document configuration changes and corrective actions.
- Prepare performance and incident reports and ensure compliance with IT governance, security and safety policies.
- Support multiple projects simultaneously and be available for after‑hours maintenance or emergency support.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
- Professional certifications in business applications, ERP or database administration are a plus.
- Strong command of professional business English; French is an advantage.
- Experience with enterprise applications, ERP systems and complex business process workflows.
