Appointment Setter – Automotive Sales Support

About the role

We are seeking an Appointment Setter to support our U.S. automotive sales team in Cairo. The role involves managing customer appointments, handling inquiries, and generating leads for our diverse vehicle portfolio. You will work during California business hours to coordinate with U.S. customers and ensure a seamless buying experience. Key responsibilities

• Schedule and manage customer bookings and calendars efficiently.
• Handle customer inquiries and sales leads via phone and online channels.
• Identify, qualify, and follow up with potential customers.
• Engage customers, address questions, and build trust throughout the sales process.
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate vehicles.

Required profile

• Strong appointment scheduling and setting abilities.
• Effective lead generation and qualification skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service capabilities.
• Reliable attendance, time‑management and ability to work onsite in Nasr City.
• High school diploma or equivalent; sales or customer‑service training is a plus.

Required skills
