Appointment Setter – On-site (USD Salary)

About the role

As an Appointment Setter at FlapKap you will be the engine of top‑of‑funnel growth, turning cold outreach into qualified, meeting‑ready opportunities for the Business Development Representatives. You will focus on key verticals such as Food & Beverage, Clinics, Retail and B2B, building a pipeline that fuels the company’s next growth phase.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain targeted prospect lists across FlapKap’s core verticals.
• Research accounts to identify decision‑makers (owners, GMs, Finance Directors) and understand their business context.
• Execute high‑volume outbound outreach via cold calls, personalised email sequences and LinkedIn social selling.
• Conduct discovery calls using BANT and SPIN frameworks to qualify prospects against the ideal customer profile.
• Schedule qualified meetings for BDRs, providing detailed handoff notes and ensuring a high show rate.
• Log all activities and pipeline updates in HubSpot and deliver weekly activity and conversion reports.
• Stay up‑to‑date on industry trends, competitor offerings and FlapKap product updates to refine messaging.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in an SDR, BDR or outbound sales role, preferably in fintech, SaaS or B2B services.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed outbound activity and meeting‑booking quotas.
• Hands‑on experience with high‑volume cold calling and multi‑channel outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn).
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to follow structured qualification frameworks.
