Architect (0-2 years) – Heliopolis, Cairo

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Architect to join our team in Heliopolis, Cairo. This entry‑level position offers the chance to work on diverse projects, develop design concepts, and collaborate with senior engineers and consultants.

Key responsibilities

• Develop conceptual ideas that meet client needs, building usage, and environmental considerations.
• Ensure designs comply with local building codes, standards, and regulations.
• Create 3D models and visualizations using industry‑standard software.
• Prepare cost sheets, technical offers, and submittals within project deadlines.
• Coordinate with foreign suppliers and manufacturers to resolve technical issues.
• Support the sales team in closing opportunities and defining product specifications.
• Conduct value‑engineering studies to propose optimal solutions.
• Present material samples to consultants and verify approvals upon delivery.
• Perform site visits when technical support is required.
• Report progress regularly to the direct manager and stay updated on industry developments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering (preferably from Ain Shams, Cairo or Helwan University).
• 0‑2 years of relevant experience.
• Very good command of English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Photoshop.
• Knowledge of Revit.
• Ability to use SketchUp.
• Competence in AutoCAD.
