Architectural BIM Manager – Immediate Hire

About the role

LE.JARDIN Constructions & Developments is looking for an experienced Architectural BIM Manager to lead its BIM department and drive digital excellence across residential, commercial and mixed‑use projects. The role involves overseeing multidisciplinary coordination and ensuring high‑quality engineering solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the BIM department and define BIM strategies for all project types.
• Coordinate BIM workflows across Architecture, Structure, MEP and Civil disciplines.
• Develop and maintain BIM Execution Plans, ensuring compliance with ISO 19650 and LOD standards.
• Manage the Common Data Environment and oversee model integration using Autodesk tools.
• Mentor and guide BIM staff, fostering a collaborative and innovative work culture.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in BIM and architectural project delivery.
• Previous experience as a BIM Manager, BIM Lead or BIM Coordinator is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership, coordination, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proven experience managing multidisciplinary BIM coordination.
