Architectural Finishing Engineer – Site Supervision

About the role

The Architectural Finishing Engineer will supervise and manage all architectural finishing works on site, ensuring execution aligns with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. The role involves reviewing project documents, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, monitoring progress, and overseeing the handover of completed works.

Key responsibilities

• Review architectural drawings, specifications and project documents to verify compliance.
• Prepare detailed architectural details and coordinate with site teams for accurate execution.
• Approve architectural materials and ensure they meet project requirements.
• Issue correspondences, track site issues and report any deviations or violations.
• Participate in progress and coordination meetings to resolve technical challenges.
• Supervise on‑site execution, monitor activities and ensure timely completion.
• Produce drawings and visual details using AutoCAD and other design software.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to guarantee smooth project execution and handover.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture Engineering.
• 4–5 years of experience in architectural finishing and site supervision.
• Previous work on resorts, hotels or hospitality projects is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of finishing works, construction details and quality standards.
• Proven ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Excel.
