Area Manager – Fulfillment Center Operations

About the role

As an Area Manager in a Fulfillment Center, you will lead a large, diverse team to ensure the operation meets customer demand while maintaining high safety and productivity standards. This hands‑on position offers exposure to the complexity of a global e‑commerce business and the opportunity to drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Promote a culture of safety and wellbeing across all shifts.
• Analyse performance data and implement corrective actions to sustain quality and productivity.
• Support, lead and develop a team while handling administrative duties.
• Identify and suggest process improvements to optimise work and enhance customer service.
• Collaborate with other managers to standardise shift processes.
• Monitor and maintain process efficiency and safety standards on‑site.
• Handle routine team management, escalations, contingency planning and operational tasks.
• Work with internal partners and external stakeholders to meet operational targets.

Required profile

• Currently in the final year of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• Advanced proficiency in written and verbal English and the local language.
• Relevant experience performing data analysis.
