About the role
The Area Sales Manager will develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets, lead a sales team, and expand the customer base across Upper Egypt and Cairo.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve assigned targets.
- Lead, coach, and monitor the sales team to ensure performance.
- Identify new business opportunities and manage key accounts within the territory.
- Conduct regular customer visits and support the team on important accounts.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance updates.
- Coordinate with internal departments for order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Support product presentations, demonstrations, and customer meetings as needed.
- Travel within the assigned territory (Upper Egypt & Cairo) as required.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Biomedical or a related field.
- 7–10 years of experience in medical devices.
- Proven experience leading a sales team.
- Target‑driven, strategic mindset and ability to navigate dynamic market conditions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
