Outbound Tourism Specialist

About the role

The Outbound Tourism Specialist will work full‑time on‑site in Dokki, Giza, designing and customizing outbound tour packages for clients. You will be the main point of contact for travelers, guiding them through itinerary planning, bookings and post‑travel follow‑up.

Key responsibilities

• Design and customize outbound tour packages, preparing detailed itineraries.
• Coordinate bookings for flights, hotels, transfers and activities.
• Advise clients on destinations, visa requirements and travel insurance.
• Handle client inquiries via phone, email and in‑person, providing accurate information throughout the booking process.
• Maintain relationships with international suppliers, negotiate rates and monitor promotions.
• Process reservations, manage changes and cancellations, and follow up with clients before and after travel.
• Support sales and marketing campaigns to promote outbound packages.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Knowledge of international travel regulations, destinations and itinerary planning.
• Sales and marketing aptitude to convert inquiries into bookings.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Previous experience in outbound travel or tour operations preferred.
• Diploma or degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business or related field is beneficial.

Required skills

• Proficiency with common office tools such as email and spreadsheets.
• Experience with reservation systems or GDS (Global Distribution System) is an advantage.
