About the role
PepsiCo is seeking an Area Security Manager (PO1) to implement strategic security plans across its North Africa operations. The role will act as a key security asset, protecting people, facilities and proprietary information while supporting the Regional Security Director.
Key responsibilities
- Execute operational implementation of security strategies directed by the Regional Security Director (MENA).
- Serve as the Business Unit point of contact for emerging security risks and incidents within the assigned Area of Responsibility (AOR).
- Protect PepsiCo employees, assets and facilities throughout the AOR.
- Drive implementation and execution of security, crisis management and business continuity plans.
- Identify, assess and mitigate risks to associates, facilities and proprietary information.
- Ensure compliance with broader security strategy, objectives and best practices.
