Assistant Contracting – Travel Operations

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Assistant Contracting to support our domestic travel operations across Egypt. You will coordinate hotels, transportation and tours, manage supplier relationships and help keep our booking systems running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage domestic travel arrangements including hotels, transportation, and tour services.
• Liaise with local suppliers to confirm rates, availability and service quality.
• Maintain accurate records of all bookings, both online and offline.
• Update customer databases, booking logs and tour schedules.
• Support the contracting process by collecting rates, following up agreements and handling documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and cost efficiency.
• Ensure services are delivered according to agreed terms and customer‑satisfaction standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in travel operations, reservations or contracting.
• Strong knowledge of Egypt’s local destinations, hotel categories and tourism activities.
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and verbal.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
• Flexibility in working hours, especially during peak travel seasons.
