Assistant Hospitality Manager

About the role

The Assistant Hospitality Manager will support the overall operation and management of a residential and hospitality complex. This role ensures that facilities, services, and guest experiences meet high standards while contributing to the financial and investment objectives of the property.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations, including maintenance, cleaning, and furnishing services.
• Develop and monitor operational plans to guarantee facility readiness and efficient service delivery.
• Respond to resident and visitor requests, aiming to increase satisfaction levels.
• Drive operational, financial, and investment targets while maintaining property standards.
• Prepare regular reports on operational, financial, and administrative performance and propose improvement actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in hospitality, hotel operations, or facilities management.
• Proven leadership, communication, and customer‑service abilities.
• Experience supervising housekeeping, maintenance, and day‑to‑day operations.
• Strong organizational, problem‑solving, and reporting skills.
