Assistant Marketing Manager – El Gouna

About the role

The Assistant Marketing Manager will support the Senior Marketing Manager in shaping and executing growth strategies for new platforms, market segmentation, and audience targeting within the real‑estate and destination sectors of El Gouna. The role focuses on optimizing digital experiences, driving acquisition, and enhancing brand presence.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing platform‑growth and market‑segmentation strategies.
• Optimize website and mobile application usability across devices.
• Define target audiences, market positioning, and appropriate marketing channels.
• Oversee digital and offline campaign content to communicate product value.
• Integrate communications between El Gouna Town, Real Estate, and Marketing.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform decisions.
• Coordinate with internal teams, external agencies, and stakeholders for project delivery.
• Identify advertising and sponsorship opportunities aligned with corporate strategies.
• Prepare regular performance reports, budget tracking, and KPI dashboards.
• Support social media and influencer marketing, including content scheduling and performance monitoring.
• Maintain brand identity guidelines and assist with project documentation.
• Provide administrative support, meeting coordination, and presentation preparation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration or related field (MBA a plus).
• 5–8 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing or PR, preferably in real‑estate or destination marketing.
• Strong communication, research, analytical, and organizational abilities.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
