Assistant Sales Manager - Car Audio

About the role

An experienced sales professional is sought to support the General Manager – Sales in driving growth across KSA, Egypt and Arabic-speaking re-export markets, with a focus on the Car Audio market.

Key responsibilities

• Support achievement of monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
• Manage and develop distributors, dealers, retailers, installers and key B2B customers
• Conduct regular market visits to track customer needs, competitors, pricing and trends
• Identify and acquire new distributors, dealers and business opportunities
• Run Car Audio market surveys and provide market intelligence
• Support sales promotions, product launches and dealer incentives
• Coordinate product training, seminars and customer events
• Collect and validate sales forecasts, follow up orders and shipments, and track payments and receivables with Finance
• Prepare sales reports and act as the main link between customers and internal teams

Required profile

• 5-8 years in Sales, Business Development, Account Management or Distribution Management
• Background in Consumer Electronics (Car Audio / Automotive Accessories preferred)
• Strong knowledge of Egyptian and Arabic-speaking markets
• Arabic and English proficiency required
• Experience managing distributors, dealers and B2B customers
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills
• Willingness to travel frequently
• Preferred: Egyptian or Lebanese nationality, extensive Egypt market experience, international education qualification
