Associate Director – Property Management Finance

About the role

The Associate Director – Property Finance provides strategic financial leadership across Savills' Property Management business in Egypt, ensuring strong financial governance, portfolio performance and high‑quality client service. Acting as a senior finance business partner, the role supports asset performance, business planning and long‑term value creation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and performance management, delivering insightful analysis to senior management and clients.
• Monitor portfolio financial performance, identify risks and opportunities, and drive initiatives to improve profitability, cost efficiency and cash flow.
• Provide senior financial advisory to property management leadership, key clients and internal stakeholders, handling complex financial matters and escalations.
• Ensure robust financial controls, compliance, audit readiness and high‑standard reporting across the portfolio.
• Lead, develop and mentor the Property Finance team, fostering accountability, technical capability and a high‑performance culture.
• Drive continuous improvement of finance processes, reporting, systems, automation and controls.
• Partner with senior leadership on strategic initiatives, business planning, transformation, new opportunities, tenders and client proposals.

Required profile

• 10+ years of finance/accounting experience, preferably in property management, real estate or asset management.
• Proven senior finance leadership experience, including team management and development.
• Strong technical accounting knowledge with extensive budgeting, forecasting, reporting and performance analysis experience.
• Commercial and strategic acumen with ability to translate financial data into business insight.
• Excellent client and stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills.
• Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ACA, CPA or equivalent) is highly desirable.
