Senior Mall Operations Manager

About the role

The Senior Mall Operations Manager will lead all day‑to‑day operational activities of the mall in New Cairo, ensuring a seamless experience for visitors and tenants. This senior position reports directly to senior leadership and drives strategic initiatives across facilities, security, and tenant services.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee facility management, security, cleaning, maintenance, and tenant relations.
• Develop and implement strategic operational plans to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance the mall experience.
• Manage budget planning and expenditure for all operational departments, ensuring fiscal responsibility.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies.
• Cultivate strong relationships with tenants, vendors, contractors, and regulatory bodies.

Required profile

• 7‑10 years of progressive experience in operations management, especially in mall or large‑scale facility management.
• Proven leadership ability with excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with problem‑solving capabilities under pressure.
• Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, budget control, and vendor relationship management.
