Associate Manager, Revenue Cycle Management

About the role

IQVIA is seeking an Associate Manager to lead revenue cycle transformation initiatives for healthcare clients in Egypt. You will drive operational efficiency, improve financial performance, and enhance patient experience across the full Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) continuum.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with providers, payers and internal teams to assess, design and optimise RCM processes such as patient access, eligibility verification, prior authorisation, charge capture, coding, billing, claims and denial management.
• Conduct current‑state assessments, process mapping, gap and root‑cause analysis to identify revenue leakage and inefficiencies.
• Gather business requirements, translate client needs into functional solutions and develop strategic recommendations to improve cash flow and key RCM KPIs.
• Manage multiple client engagements, ensuring deliverables, milestones and budgets are met.
• Facilitate workshops, executive presentations and governance meetings to communicate findings and project status.
• Support implementation of RCM technologies, workflow automation, reporting tools and process‑improvement initiatives.
• Analyse operational and financial data, develop business cases, SOPs, training material and transformation road‑maps.
• Mentor junior consultants and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, payer requirements and coding standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years (60 months) of experience in revenue cycle management or related healthcare consulting.
• Proven ability to lead complex projects, manage stakeholder relationships and deliver measurable results.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data‑driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
