Associate Manager, Revenue Cycle Management

About the role

Lead and support revenue cycle transformation initiatives for healthcare clients, driving operational efficiency, financial performance, and patient experience across the full RCM continuum.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with providers, payers and internal teams to assess, design and optimise end‑to‑end RCM processes such as patient access, eligibility verification, prior authorisation, charge capture, coding, billing, claims, denial and accounts receivable management.
• Conduct current‑state assessments, process mapping, gap and root‑cause analysis to identify revenue leakage and operational inefficiencies.
• Gather business requirements, develop functional solutions and strategic recommendations to improve cash flow, reduce denials and enhance reimbursement accuracy.
• Manage multiple client engagements, ensuring deliverables, milestones and budgets are met while facilitating workshops, executive presentations and governance meetings.
• Support implementation of revenue‑cycle technologies, workflow automation, reporting tools and process‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance, Health Information Management, Nursing or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management, healthcare consulting or patient financial services.
• Strong understanding of healthcare reimbursement, payer operations and regulatory requirements.
• Proven ability to lead process‑improvement or transformation projects in a client‑facing environment.
