EMR Team Leader

About the role

We are seeking an experienced EMR/EHR professional to lead our EMR team in Egypt. The role focuses on optimizing eClinicalWorks, improving clinical workflows, and ensuring high user adoption across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop the EMR team while overseeing daily support operations and ticket resolution.
• Drive eClinicalWorks optimization, workflow redesign, and continuous system enhancements.
• Coordinate with eClinicalWorks, external vendors, IT, Compliance, and clinical leadership on security, access, and HIPAA requirements.
• Manage EMR training, onboarding, data integrity, governance, and lead implementation projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, Business Administration, Nursing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of EMR/EHR experience with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of ambulatory healthcare operations, clinical workflows, and stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Extensive experience with eClinicalWorks (eCW).
• Proficiency in Power BI for healthcare reporting.
• Knowledge of SQL for data extraction and analysis.
