About the role
The Sales Supervisor will lead the daily operations of Nestlé's sales team in Menia, Egypt. You will be responsible for driving performance, meeting targets, and ensuring high customer satisfaction through effective leadership and strategic planning.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage a sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and coach sales staff.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to guide decision‑making.
- Maintain clear communication between senior management and the sales team.
- Handle customer relationships and resolve issues promptly.
- Monitor sales pipelines, forecasts, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with marketing and other departments to drive sales initiatives.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in sales leadership roles.
- Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to thrive in fast‑paced environments and adapt to industry changes.
