Associate Professor / Lecturer – Economics & Political Mass Media

About the role

Future University in Egypt is seeking highly qualified academics to join its faculty as Associate Professors or Lecturers in the interdisciplinary fields of Economics and Political Mass Media. The successful candidates will deliver high‑quality teaching, lead research initiatives, and contribute to university governance and community service.

Key responsibilities

• Teach assigned courses, develop course materials, and design assessment tools.
• Conduct specialized research, publish in indexed journals (Scopus, Web of Science), and lead research projects.
• Supervise graduate students and guide their academic and research activities.
• Participate in accreditation processes, curriculum development, and academic committees.
• Engage in community service aligned with sustainable development goals.

Required profile

• Associate Professor: rank awarded by the Supreme Council of Universities, obtained within the last five years.
• Lecturer: Ph.D. in Economics, Political Mass Media, or a closely related discipline from an accredited institution, recognized by the Supreme Council of Universities, obtained within the last five years.
• Demonstrated ability to teach, research, and provide academic guidance.

Required skills

• Proficiency with e‑learning platforms such as Moodle.
• Experience using academic databases: Scopus, Web of Science, Google Scholar.
