Auto Loan Sales Agent

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and results‑driven Auto Loan Sales Agent to join our automotive finance team and drive growth across new and used vehicle lending. The role is ideal for a confident sales professional who combines strong interpersonal skills with a solid understanding of auto finance, customer experience, and pipeline management.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete auto loan sales cycle, from lead generation and application to approval, documentation, and disbursement.
• Engage prospects and guide applicants through loan options, interest rates, and repayment terms to provide tailored finance solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with automotive dealerships, brokers, partners, and individual customers.
• Identify new business opportunities and implement personal sales strategies to increase loan applications and approvals.
• Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, lending regulations, credit guidelines, and responsible lending standards.
• Collaborate with credit, operations, collections, and risk teams to streamline application turnaround times and improve customer satisfaction.
• Track personal sales pipelines, conversion rates, and approval ratios to meet or exceed monthly targets.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in auto finance, consumer lending, banking, vehicle sales, or a related sales field.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding individual sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of auto loan products, credit processes, documentation, and sales compliance.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑management skills.
• Customer‑focused, ethical, and commercially minded.
