Automation Tester Lead – Dynamics 365 CRM

About the role

Accenture is seeking an Automation Tester Lead to ensure the highest quality of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions. You will lead testing activities, manage defects, and drive continuous improvement of QA processes while collaborating with developers and functional consultants.

Key responsibilities

• Create, execute, and maintain test plans and cases for Dynamics 365 CE applications, covering Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing modules.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, performance, and API testing, and validate CRM customizations such as plugins, workflows, and Power Platform components.
• Identify, document, and track defects using Azure DevOps, ensuring timely resolution with development teams.
• Implement and maintain automated test scripts with tools like Selenium, EasyRepro, or LeapWork and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of software testing experience with strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE.
• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and use of Azure DevOps for test management.
• Experience with performance and API testing, and familiarity with M365 CoPilot for test case generation.
