Automation Testing Senior Tech Lead (Innovation Hub)

About the role

Deloitte Innovation Hub in Cairo is looking for a senior technology lead to drive automation testing initiatives for complex client projects. You will combine deep technical expertise with consulting skills to deliver high‑quality, scalable solutions across a range of industries.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on the most suitable automation testing tools and frameworks based on project requirements.
• Support the end‑to‑end delivery pipeline, from solution design and sales support to implementation and post‑delivery.
• Ensure client expectations are exceeded by delivering reliable, repeatable testing solutions.
• Provide technical oversight, mentor junior team members, and guide best‑practice methodologies.
• Lead client engagements, maintaining strong relationships and acting as the primary technical point of contact.
• Contribute to a culture of continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and self‑development.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in automation testing and test strategy.
• Strong client‑facing skills with the ability to translate business problems into technical solutions.
• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring capabilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
