B1 NTR Engineer

About the role

The B1 NTR Engineer will complete the Airbus A320 theoretical and practical training program, obtain the type endorsement, and receive company authorization to perform maintenance tasks. The role is focused on supervised maintenance training in line with ECAR 145 standards and Air Arabia procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Successfully finish Airbus A320 type training, examinations and assessments within the scheduled timeframe.
• Maintain accurate training worksheets, task records and submit them for quality review and certification.
• Perform assigned maintenance, inspection, testing and troubleshooting tasks under authorized supervision.
• Use approved maintenance data, tools, parts and ground support equipment (GSE) correctly.
• Comply with all safety requirements, human‑factors principles, mandatory precautions and approved maintenance procedures.
• Maintain satisfactory attendance, performance and professional conduct.
• Do not issue a Certificate of Release to Service until formal company authorization is granted.

Required profile

• Valid ECAA Aircraft Maintenance LWTR licence.
• Successful completion of all required training, examinations and the company’s technical assessment.
• Strong English communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Willingness to work shifts and meet operational requirements.
• Ability to obtain the required airport security pass.
