B2B Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

Renewable Energy Pros is seeking a B2B Digital Marketing Manager to develop and execute digital marketing strategies, manage paid campaigns, and oversee content direction for its clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement digital marketing strategies, define funnels, KPIs, and monthly plans.
• Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize paid campaigns across LinkedIn, YouTube, Meta, Google and other platforms.
• Set strategic direction for content calendars, review and approve content before publishing.
• Analyze campaign, SEO and website performance, identify weaknesses and provide data‑driven recommendations.
• Collaborate with graphic designers, social media, SEO specialists and developers to ensure alignment.
• Contribute to building and leading the marketing team, training new members and managing performance.

Required profile

• 3‑8 years of experience in digital marketing with strong hands‑on media buying.
• Proven track record managing paid campaigns with real budgets.
• Experience creating marketing strategies, campaign plans and content directions.
• Ability to review content and give clear strategic feedback.
• Agency experience is preferred.

Required skills

• Media buying across LinkedIn, YouTube, Google and TikTok Ads.
• Strong understanding of digital funnels and conversion optimization.
• SEO and landing page optimization.
• Data analysis and reporting to drive decisions.
• Ability to brief creative and technical teams clearly.
