B2C Direct & BIWS Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead B2C Direct and Shell Branded Independent Workshop (BIWS) initiatives in Egypt. You will work at the crossroads of consumer marketing, partnership development, and retail execution, collaborating with automotive OEMs and Fuel‑Wholesale Service (FWS) partners to deliver co‑funded programs that drive measurable ROI.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement integrated marketing strategies for B2C Direct (OEMs & FWS) and BIWS channels to meet volume and profitability targets.
• Build, manage and sustain OEM and FWS partnerships, leveraging co‑op budgets for joint campaigns.
• Own the marketing agenda for the Shell BIWS network, focusing on workshop traffic growth and consumer value propositions.
• Ensure consistent Shell brand visibility across workshops and partner touch‑points, including branding, CI compliance and promotional execution.
• Collaborate with Category Managers to extend national and local campaigns through relevant channels.
• Analyse new‑car sales, aftermarket dynamics and partnership ROI, translating insights into growth initiatives.
• Manage allocated marketing and co‑op budgets to ensure cost‑effective execution.

Required profile

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong commercial drive.
• Proven experience in B2C automotive or retail marketing, preferably with OEM/FWS partnerships.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills across sales, brand, communications and operations teams.
• Ability to work autonomously, set priorities and deliver results in a fast‑paced environment.
