Bar Waiter

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Bar Waiter to join our hotel’s restaurant and bar team within the Accor network. You will be the face of our food‑and‑beverage service, ensuring guests receive prompt, friendly and high‑quality service throughout their visit.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare the restaurant and bar areas for service, managing workflow and station setup.
• Take guest orders, present menu options, and promote targeted beverages and specials.
• Serve food and drinks accurately, ensuring presentation standards are met.
• Clear and reset tables, coordinate with bus staff and interns, and maintain a tidy work environment.
• Handle guest belongings left at the workstation and hand them to supervisors.
• Follow all departmental procedures, operational standards and health‑safety rules.
• Participate in orientation training and bi‑annual performance assessments.

Required profile

• Vocational school or high‑school diploma; relevant certification is a plus.
• Minimum two years of experience in a restaurant or bar setting.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a benefit.
• Willingness to work according to the schedule set by the Food & Beverage Manager.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of spirits, soft drinks, cocktails and their presentation.
