Bar Waiter

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Bar Waiter to join our restaurant and bar team in an Accor‑affiliated hotel. You will be the face of our food and beverage service, ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable experience.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare the restaurant and bar areas according to service flow.
• Take and serve customer orders, informing guests about alternatives and promoting targeted services.
• Deliver food and beverage service at assigned stations, maintaining high service standards.
• Prepare service plates, collect empty plates, and coordinate with Bus Boys and interns.
• Safeguard any personal belongings left by guests and hand them to supervisors.
• Follow departmental instructions, operational rules, and quality management procedures.
• Plan working hours as scheduled by the Food & Beverage Manager and attend orientation training.
• Participate in two performance assessments each year and strive for 100% customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• At least a vocational school or high‑school diploma; if high‑school only, a related certification is required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
• Fluent English; other languages are a plus.
• Completed vocational trainings or seminars related to food & beverage service.

• Basic knowledge of spirits.
• Basic knowledge of soft drinks.
• Basic knowledge of cocktails.
• Basic knowledge of beverage presentation.
