Bar Waiter

About the role

We are looking for a Bar Waiter to join our hotel’s restaurant and bar team. You will be responsible for delivering food and beverage service to guests, ensuring a memorable experience in line with our brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Operate a designated station in the restaurant or bar, taking and serving guest orders.
• Prepare the service area, set up plates, and manage the flow of service during shifts.
• Inform guests about menu alternatives and promote targeted beverage sales.
• Collect empty plates, coordinate with bus staff and interns, and maintain cleanliness of the work area.
• Safeguard any personal belongings left by guests and hand them to supervisors.
• Follow all Food & Beverage department procedures, operational standards, and weekly work schedules.
• Participate in orientation training and two performance assessments each year.
• Contribute to achieving 100 % customer satisfaction and uphold quality management systems.

Required profile

• Vocational school or high‑school diploma; if only high school, a related certification is required.
• Minimum two years of experience in the hospitality or food‑and‑beverage industry.
• Fluent English.
• Completed vocational trainings or seminars related to the role.

Required skills

• Knowledge of spirits, soft drinks and cocktails.
• Ability to present beverages professionally.
