BIM Architecture Team Leader

About the role

Arabian Construction Company (ACC) is looking for a BIM Architecture Team Leader to drive technical excellence across its projects. You will lead the technical office, coordinate design reviews, and ensure BIM processes are integrated seamlessly from design through construction.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all technical office functions, including documentation, shop drawings, and material submittals.
• Manage communication with clients, consultants, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Lead design reviews and ensure engineering deliverables meet quality standards.
• Implement and manage BIM processes, conduct clash detection, and resolve coordination issues.
• Establish quality control procedures for technical and BIM documentation.
• Mentor and develop a team of engineers, draftsmen, and BIM specialists.
• Identify and mitigate design and coordination risks to protect project timelines.
• Maintain accurate records in the Common Data Environment and prepare regular progress reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in technical office roles, with at least 5 years in a BIM leadership capacity.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.
• Proven ability to manage BIM processes on large‑scale projects.

Required skills

• Proficiency with BIM software: Revit, Navisworks, Dynamo.
• Experience using clash detection and model review tools.
• Technical documentation and quality assurance expertise.
