BIM Lead Designer – Roads

About the role

We are looking for a BIM Lead Designer specialised in roads to join the Middle East Roads Team. The role will drive the production, review and coordination of highway design deliverables and BIM models for high‑quality infrastructure projects.

Key responsibilities

• Produce and review highway deliverables such as roadway layouts, plans, profiles, signs, markings, kerbs, footways, pavement drawings and typical cross‑sections.
• Develop detailed highway drawings and 3D models while providing technical guidance to junior staff.
• Perform quality checks on drawings and models prepared by the team to ensure compliance with project standards.
• Maintain and regularly review the Highways discipline 3D model.
• Collaborate with Information Managers, Project Managers and discipline leads to support interdisciplinary coordination and clash resolution.
• Support the creation and implementation of BIM Execution Plans, workflows and project processes.
• Lead internal coordination meetings, design integration reviews and project presentations.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of experience in road and highway design and BIM delivery.
• Strong knowledge of BIM workflows, multidisciplinary coordination and quality assurance.
• Ability to mentor junior team members and ensure technical accuracy of deliverables.
