Blue-collar Recruiter

About the role

City Parking Integrated Solutions is seeking a full‑time Blue‑collar Recruiter to join its Cairo office. You will own the end‑to‑end hiring process for operational and field positions such as drivers, attendants, technicians and other frontline roles, ensuring the company has the talent needed to support its parking and mobility projects.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates through job boards, agencies, training centres and community networks.
• Screen resumes, conduct phone and in‑person interviews, and coordinate assessments.
• Collaborate with operations and HR teams to define job requirements and staffing priorities.
• Maintain candidate databases, schedule interviews, medical checks and prepare job offers.
• Support onboarding and ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies and Egyptian labour regulations.
• Build and sustain a talent pipeline by engaging external agencies and community partners.

Required profile

• Proven talent‑acquisition experience for blue‑collar or operational roles.
• Strong understanding of Egyptian labour laws and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with basic HR systems or spreadsheets for applicant tracking and reporting.
