About the role
TEAM Academy BPS is seeking a part‑time remote BPS Instructor to design and deliver high‑quality preparatory courses for Board of Pharmacy Specialties exams. You will guide pharmacy professionals through complex exam content, helping them achieve certification and advance their careers.
Key responsibilities
- Design and develop educational materials for one or more BPS specialty areas.
- Prepare and conduct engaging virtual training sessions.
- Create practice questions and review complex exam topics.
- Respond to participant queries and provide personalized guidance.
- Stay current with BPS exam requirements, industry trends, and best‑practice teaching methods.
Required profile
- Strong expertise in at least one BPS specialty (e.g., pharmacotherapy, critical care, cardiology, pediatrics, oncology).
- Proficiency in creating educational content and delivering online training.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated critical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
- Familiarity with BPS exam structure and preparation techniques.
- Experience in instructional design or professional development, preferably in pharmacy or healthcare.
- BPS certification in the relevant specialty is strongly preferred.
- Minimum PharmD degree or equivalent pharmacy qualification.
