Branch Manager

About the role

WAJJAD is seeking a full‑time Branch Manager to lead its Alexandria office. The role is on‑site and focuses on overseeing daily operations, driving performance, and expanding the branch’s client base while ensuring service quality aligns with the company’s standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage branch staff, set objectives, and monitor performance.
• Track financial and operational metrics, prepare budgets and forecasts.
• Develop and execute business development initiatives to grow the client portfolio.
• Implement company policies, ensure compliance with local regulations, and coordinate strategic initiatives with headquarters.
• Support the rollout and adoption of WAJJED’s digital platforms in the local market.
• Continuously improve processes to maintain an efficient and collaborative branch environment.

Required profile

• Proven experience in branch, operations, or business‑unit management, preferably in technology, financial or B2B services.
• Strong leadership abilities, including team supervision, performance management, coaching and conflict resolution.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting and financial performance analysis.
• Demonstrated business‑development and client‑relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance or related field; advanced qualifications are a plus.
