Brand Manager – Chanel Beauty (Egypt)

About the role

The Brand Manager will be accountable for delivering top‑line and bottom‑line targets for Chanel Beauty in Egypt, overseeing commercial operations and working closely with store teams and retailers to drive sales, margin and brand awareness. The role involves strategic planning, budget management, and ensuring a consistent luxury brand experience across existing boutiques and new openings.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to the annual strategic plan and budget aligned with brand vision.
• Negotiate commercial terms with suppliers, marketing, merchandising and regional teams.
• Partner with Marketing to implement an effective mix across boutiques and new openings.
• Own and monitor the allocated budget, tracking performance and financial targets.
• Oversee daily commercial operations to achieve sales, margin and profitability goals.
• Approve brand mix and manage store openings, closures and renovations.
• Maintain long‑term relationships with brand owners, suppliers and key partners.
• Champion customer experience excellence through feedback mechanisms and surveys.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, translating insights into actionable strategies.
• Analyse counter and brand profitability, tracking market share and growth opportunities.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of brand management experience in the beauty or FMCG industry.
• Demonstrated commercial background with strong financial acumen.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Agile, data‑driven mindset able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proven ability to lead and develop high‑performing store teams.
